How do I change the invited Counterparty? – Propdocs

To remove deal access from the other party in the agreement, navigate to the Deal Overview page and click the “Manage People” button

If the counterparty has yet to accept the deal invite, click “Cancel” in the “Counterparty” tab to remove the other parties access to the Deal.
If the counterparty has already accepted the deal invite, click “Remove” in the “Counterparty” tab to remove the other parties access to the Deal*

* The counterparties access cannot be removed after the deal invite was accepted if there are any documents shared with the counterparty or they have created documents in the deal themselves.
