Our PDF Page Management feature allows you to add, reorder, and delete pages in both PDF templates and documents.
How to Use the Page Management Sidebar Panel

Open the Pages Panel: On the left side of the document editor, click the sidebar icon with the "Panel" label to open the Page Management Panel to see all pages in thumbnail view.

Reorder Pages: Drag and drop the page thumbnails to reorder the pages within your PDF.

Insert/Delete Pages:
- In the sidebar click on any page thumbnail to select it.
- Use the three-dot menu below the thumbnail to access the options to Insert or Delete a page.
- Insert a Page: When inserting, a popup will appear to allow you to upload a new document, which will be added as a new page at the specified location.
With Page Management, you can ensure that your PDF templates and documents are organized exactly as you need them before sending them out.
