Setting Up Sequential Approval
Step 1: Initiate Approval Request
- Open your document in the editor
- Click "Request Review" button in the toolbar
- Select "Internal Approval" option
- Enable "Use Approval Order" toggle
Step 2: Add Approvers in Sequence
- Click "Add Approver" button
- Search and select the first approver
- Set approval order number (1, 2, 3, etc.)
- Repeat for each approver in sequence
- Drag to reorder if needed
- Enable "Permit Editing During Approval" if reviewers can suggest changes
