Extract key terms from your documents using AI.
Note: Data Extraction is a Premium feature. Upgrade your account to access this feature.
When a document is fully executed, it'll automatically have its data extracted, including all important terms, as well as critical dates (via the Tracker feature) - this is only for Premium subscribers.
To extract data from a document:
- Go to the Deal that has the Document
- Click the Actions menu (three dots) for the document
- Select "Extract Data"
- Choose Short or Long form for the abstract
- Wait for processing - AI will analyze your document (usually 1-2 minutes )
- View extracted data - Click "View Data" icon when complete, or go to Data from the main menu
What gets extracted:
For Leases:
- Critical dates (lease start/end, renewal deadlines, payment due dates)
- Financial terms (rent, security deposit, CAM charges, TI allowance)
- Property details (address, square footage, permitted use)
- Parties (landlord, tenant names)
- ...and other key terms
For PSAs:
- Critical dates (closing, inspection periods, financing deadlines)
- Financial terms (purchase price, earnest money, deposits)
- Property details (address, type, square footage)
- Contingencies (inspection, financing, title review)
- ...and other key terms
Tips:
- Extraction works best with executed PDFs (fully signed documents)
- You can edit extracted data in the slideout panel
- Data is searchable and filterable on the Data page
- Export to CSV for analysis in Excel or to import into other applications.
