View, search, filter, and export your extracted document data in one place.
Note: Document Data is a Premium feature. Upgrade your account to access this feature.
To access the Data page:
- Click "Data" in the main navigation
- View all documents with extracted data across your Workspace.
Search and filter:
- Search bar - Find documents by address, party names, or any field
- Document Type filter - Show by document type (Lease, PSA, etc)
- Column visibility - Click Columns button to show/hide specific fields
- Sort columns - Click any column header to sort
- Filters - Click the Filter button to open the slideout to add advanced filters.
View and edit data:
- Click any row to open the extracted data slideout
- Edit any field by clicking on it
- Search within fields using the search box in the slideout
Export data:
- Click "Export CSV" button in the top right
- CSV downloads with all visible columns
- Open in Excel or Google Sheets for analysis, or import to other applications
